I couldn't ask for better after sales service! I had a few manufacturing issues but the team couldn't be more helpful & oblidging.

Unsure about what vacuum to buy but took the time to listen to owner Regan's advice. Never had a stick vac before but thought it might be handy and easy to operate. Bought the Wertheim Evolution and so glad I did. This is an excellent all round machine which does a good job for both large and small areas. I like the boost availability for carpets. Thank you Regan for pointing me in the right direction plus thank you for the excellent customer service. You are the best

Bought an electric mop for my shop. It works great and I am very happy with the staff with making the purchase and the product. Only problem I have is that I don't get to use it as my husband always seems to use it. He loves it :-) Thanks guys

Stood in the shop waiting to make a purchase for at least 10 to 15 before even being acknowledged by the sales person. Least he could have done acknowledge there was a customer and say, I will be with you shortly. What a pity this was the only place I could get the product O required. Won't be shopping here again if I can help it.

If I could give less than a star I would!! We went in specifically asking for certain things we wanted out of our vacuum and were sold one that does not fit any of those requirements is clucky and more suited for carpet ( after we repeatedly told them we don’t have any carpet!!) and can now only be described as a lemon. It has been taken back twice - it is now broken again and is not even a year old I have twice left a message asking for them to call me And the 1 time the call was returned I missed it and haven’t managed to reach them again and the previous two times get offered to repair it - which 1 leaves me without a vacuum for over a week with an allergy child and 2 isn’t doing anything anyway since it is still breaking - for $800 furious is an understatement - owner tried to initially imply I must have been mis using it when it initially broke ( 4 weeks old) - I just want my money back but ! Unfortunately since I have children and a job and hubby and I cannot continually call or drive into Bunbury we are just cutting our losses and will be purchasing a new vacuum elsewhere!

Informative, freindly staff. Not pushy, and answer some very silly questions from customer. I like to shop here as I get quality products at a reasonable price. I have contacted them months after purchase to ask a question and they have always been incredibly helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
