Vacuum cleaner repair shop

Took a faulty Robotic Vacuum cleaner to be repaired at Godfreys in Midland. The problem was a dirty filter. The gentlemen was friendly and helpful and did not charge me. Exceptional customer service

Robyn was lovely helping us get sorted with a new vacuum cleaner, explained everythingclearly and allowed us to ask questions. Great friendly service!

The two ladies at the store were helpful and nice to deal with. Not an expert on vacuums but they seem to have a good range. Great customer service keep up the good work.

I am not sure how this business is still surviving. Very poor customer service. I called them on Monday (referred to by Samsung as their authorised service providers) and I was told that someone will give me a call to inform about the expected visit by the mechanic. Well, I reminded then again on Wednesday, and she made a note again (somewhere as she advised !!) and informed that same day someone will call, no one did. It's Friday today (after 4-5 days) no one bothered to contact to inform when they are goining to come to have a look on the machine. Please spread the voice guys, there should not be place for rude and careless business in the community.

We were served by Erryn a new staff member who sold us a vacuum that really didn't do what it said it would. Unfortunately we were told we had 15 days to take it back if it wasn't suitable. Turns out its only 10 days. We took it back on the 11th day for a refund and the staff aren't willing to honor what we were verbally told. We are happy to swap it for another vaccum but godfreys don't stock the one we're after. It's been a terrible experience and we have been left out of pocket and really unhappy with how we have been treated. Disappointing

False advertising. Claiming refurbished scooters and when you ge there its all used and in a very bad condition. On top of that, The owner is very disrespectful. They don't honor their 1 year warranty. They are only interested in selling to you and scamming you with the accessories prices they charge more than other places. Every accessory for g30 max can be found online for almost half the price. Shipped to your door. Moral of the story. Stay away from this business.As a response to their reply.Yes i had to buy brand new because as i said. False advertising. No refurbished. Its used and very bad condition. Second. Yes your prices are unrealistic. I bought the original accessories (oem phone mount for 22$ while you sell for 40$) and the lock for 30 which u sell for 40 or 45. And the original handles replacement for 26$ for the set while you wanted each for 20$.Lastly, you quoted me 180$ for tyre replacement which is again unrealistic. I reached out to scooter's hut and they quoted me 85$. Basically everything was half your prices. I'm sure that the motor has a problem and you didn't address it and you probably didnt test it. Because you just concerned about profit.

Service was good, i walked in wanting a Miele vacum unfortunately i was talked into a Hoover ,there is no comparison,Miele is a far better product miles ahead of a Hoover.
