I purchased a Kirby from this office about 2 years ago. The product works exactly as described and has proven to be a very wise investment.The Kirby is very easy to use and is the best cleaner I've had! At the time of the purchase I had some concerns about the after sales service, as the person I bought it from was working door-to-door. 2 years down the track I can say that their after sales service has been nothing short of extraordinary. They came to show me how to change the belt after hours and delivered bags to my door the same day I ordered them and always returned my phone calls. Recommended!

Despite a busy day with customers down south Maria and Ryan did a fantastic service and demonstrated the new Kirby which I bought. Now my carpets are looking very clean and rugs looking new with the washing carpet attachment easy to use and very effective. Brilliant move to update my Kirby nothing out there matches it Thanks for coming snd service each year easier now.

In all the years of having my Kirby serviced, Maria and Ryan have done the best job I have ever had done. Explaining everything as they do the service. I will only have Rockingham do my services from now on, and would highly recommend to anyone that has a Kirby. Love the work that has been done :)

They serviced my Kirby last week - over the holidays. Charges for service were very reasonable. The Service tech even showed me how to shampoo the carpet. I ended up buying spot remover, shampoo and bags from them too. All the products work great. The oxy spot remover came highly recommended and is worth every cent - my rugs are like new.Oh, and they also told gave me tips on how to save shampoo and when to change my belt, and how to make sure my power cord does not break. I should also mention they polished the Kirby too!!Well done you guys and happy new year!

Honest, well priced and speedy servicing and repairs. I called them for a second opinion after being told my Kirby needed a new Engine which would cost nearly $700 and they were able to let me know the specific items needing replacing which all cost less than $300. And they picked it up and dropped it off the next day for free. I will be using them for all future servicing and repairs.
