Robyn was lovely helping us get sorted with a new vacuum cleaner, explained everythingclearly and allowed us to ask questions. Great friendly service!

Had a great experience at Godfrey’s! I was assisted by Robyn who was very knowledgeable on the products but also understanding of my budget. I ended up leaving with a Hoover Magicstick and i am in love with it! such a great little machine and works perfectly for what i need it for. thankyou!

Really bad customer service I was told to bring down my Bissell because it wasn’t working properly and broken. They didn’t tell me anything else except to bring it down so I did and they wouldn’t except it and told me to go home and clean it down really rude and no communication telling me how clean they wanted it before I drove 30 minutes to this store and now I have to drive back home with the item they wouldn’t take and should have told me on the phone before I came Dow and with a disability which was difficult but the one staff member that was rude and didn’t communicate with what needed to be done as I have never done this before is very disappointing and I would not be shopping here ever again

Try to contact the Mandurah Godfrey’s store and was put through to message bank. I left a message and I have no one from the Mandurah godfreys call me back. I tried to call them a few times but they don’t return call’s back. If this is customer service I would avoid going here

My wife rang this store and asked them to put a carpet cleaner away for her and she would pick it up the next day. My wife went to pick the item up today only to be told it had been sold???!!!Well done guys you will never have our business again!!!!

The ease to order online as a click and collect was great. The only downfall was the service agent in store who I found a little rude, impatient and off-putting as she dealt with an elderly customer before me.

I would like to thank Erryn from Godfreys Mandurah for her exceptional customer service. I did an enquiry trying to find a specific appliance. She went out off her way to find these appliances for me even though they were Out of Stock she tracked them down and found what I really wanted. Unfortunately can't say that from the Bunbury branch won't recommend them at all rather drive down to Mandurah and speak to Erryn if you want real service!!. Thank you once again Erryn great customer service is hard to find these days.
